Email supportOpen Profile → Restore purchases, and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Purchases are tied to that Apple ID, not to your email address. If Pro still doesn't unlock, email us your store receipt and we'll fix it manually.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're cancelled in your Apple account: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Udisah. The Manage plan button in the Udisah Profile tab takes you straight there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
