Privacy Policy

Udisah · Effective September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Udisah ("we," "us") collects when you use the Udisah mobile app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account and data entirely.

What we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you create an account and use the app:

CategoryExamples
Account information Name, email address, and password (if you sign up with email). If you use "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple" instead, we receive your name and email from that provider — we never see or store your Google or Apple password.
Profile information Optional profile photo, self-selected or AI-suggested personality type.
Habit & activity data The habits you create, their schedule and category, your completion history, streaks, and completion rates.
AI coach conversations Messages you send to the in-app AI coach, and information it derives from those conversations to personalize its coaching (see below).
Subscription status Whether you're on a free or paid plan, your plan type, and renewal date. We never see your card or payment details — those are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Device & diagnostic data Basic technical data our infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) automatically logs for security and reliability, such as IP address and device identifiers.

The AI coach ("Ariyah")

Udisah includes an AI coach that reviews your habit data and chat messages to offer personalized insights. To do this, your messages and relevant habit data are sent to Google's Gemini AI model (via Firebase AI Logic) to generate responses.

Over time, the AI coach also builds a private profile from your conversations — things like recurring patterns, stated goals, general emotional tone, and personal details you choose to share — so it can tailor future conversations. This profile is stored securely in our database, tied to your account, and is never shared with other users or used for advertising. You control what you share with the AI coach; avoid sending information you'd rather not have stored.

How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs in the app.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the app, each acting under its own privacy commitments:

We do not share your data with data brokers or for cross-app advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see below), your profile, habits, AI coach data, and photo are permanently deleted from our systems. Aggregated subscription records may be retained by RevenueCat and the App Store/Play Store per their own retention policies, independent of account deletion in our app.

Your rights & choices

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app — no need to email support:

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

This immediately and permanently removes your habits, AI coach profile and conversation history, profile photo, and account record from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Website analytics

This section applies to the website at udisah.app only — not to the app.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits to the website and see which pages people read and where they arrived from. We use it to understand whether people are finding Udisah, nothing more: we run no advertising, we build no advertising profiles, and advertising storage and personalisation are switched off permanently in our configuration.

Analytics uses cookies. If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is collected until you choose "Accept" on the consent bar — this is enforced through Google Consent Mode, not just by hiding a banner. You can decline, and the site works identically either way. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the consent bar will appear again.

Google acts as our processor for this data and may process it outside your country; see Google's privacy policy. You can also block it entirely with Google's opt-out add-on or any content blocker.

The Udisah app contains no analytics SDK and sends no usage analytics at all.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using Google Cloud's infrastructure. Access to your data in our database is restricted to your own authenticated account through server-side security rules — no other user can read or write your data.

Children's privacy

Udisah is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our service providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed in the United States or other countries outside your own, under the safeguards each provider maintains.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and for material changes we'll provide notice through the app or the store listing.
